I Would 100% recommend this company. I decided to go for Texatherm equipment after many hours of research and it was head and shoulders above the others. I was not disappointed. From the very first moment I called about purchasing the equipment, to the after sale service that I have received ever since. Nothing is too much of a problem for them. Whether it's a technical question, or advise on how best to clean something. A special thanks to John who has been fantastic with any enquiries. It's like being a part of the Texatherm Systems family now. The course was great, very informative and interesting. Again thanks again to John , Mark and the team.

Well where do I start... I have been carpet cleaning for 14 years and have tried a few different machines and courses etc. But never have I enjoyed and learnt as much as I have with the Texatherm course!!! John and Mark were very thorough and non judgemental thankfully as I feel like what I knew seems outdated etc.I can’t wait to start all over again with my new machine and techniques.. sorry I could write a book on my experience with Texatherm.5 plus stars from meEddie. When arriving I was greeted by wizard Martin who had my machine diagnosed and fixed in a matter of minutes. True legend! Can’t thank you enough!! We are going back to the week the first lockdown was lifted. We were up by 3am and headed 4 hours West to @texatherm for an 8am start of our equipment handover & carlet cleaning training. We were a new cleaning company, going into the cleaning industry coming from healthcare professions. Mark & John took good care of us, the carpet cleaning training comprised of both theory and practical knowledge, and their after-sales customer support is top; they are always available to help us at 'any time'. Their fulfilment of orders and delivery is very quick, and they are just generally a nice & friendly company. Would highly recommend their cleaning products, equipment & carpet cleaning training.

I am new to the carpet cleaning industry, however I did my research and opted for the "Ferrari" when it comes to carpet cleaning equipment. So far so good. So glad I made this decision.You not just purchasing equipment. You are being welcomed into a family of experienced carpet cleaners using the same system. Thus part being under sold when I think its vital being a novice to have this back up, it has really made me at ease. Ask a question on the forum and the guys will come back to you with the best advise, your not on your own.With regards to the service you receive from Mark, John and rest of the staff is second to none. I travelled down from Scotland and they did everything they could for me. They went the extra mile and I could tell they just care about the brand and the people using the products.Buy into Textherm. Where to start. . 10/10 for Mark/John & theTexatherm system.I've been in the carpet cleaning game nearly 10 years now and have gone from machine to machine to machine, with endless vacs pumps and costly repairs. I'm very mechanically minded and like to know and understand how my machine works.Mark and the EMV201 is by far the most advanced and underrated machine I have ever set my hands on. I wont be going to any other brand or system as I have found what I have been looking for for 10 years.Initially I could only afford the medium package but 3 weeks later and I've just paid in full for the pro full setup and so so happy. I have never felt so secure and competent with my services. I truily feel finding this shop, this man and this machine has changed the direction and future of my own business.Nothing is too much, nothing is a bother. Anyone reading this get there, use one, and be prepared to be wowed. This really is the Tesla of Portables and I truily believe it can beat truckmounts all day long for quality, drying times and stain removal. The industry firsts on the EMV201 is hugely impressive AND the faults that lay in most or all previous available portable machines are simply gone. This is not just a carpet cleaning manufacturer, this Is Texatherm systems , the only low moisture cleaning system, where carpets dry in as little as 30 mins, its also the most advanced machines on the market , built by a carpet cleaner for carpet cleaners , interchangeable parts, like pumps and Vacs I can actually change myself without having to send the machine away for a week, losing income, I'm now part of the Texatherm Network with a fantastic USP, other carpet cleaners can only dream of and I've plastered it all over my vanCheers Mark and John

Have just completed the handover training at texatherm. What a fantastic experience and the customer service is second to none from picking us up and dropping us off at Bristol Airport it was clear to see how much Mark and the team really care about you the customer. The passion and belief that they have for their equipment and chemicals is so clear and rubs off on you. To sum-up this company in three words: “Second to none”. Not only are the equipment and processes fantastic, the training provided is excellent. Delivery of every topic from cleaning processes to equipment care, by the experts (Mark and John) was at a pace which was easy to understand and then backed up by ample practical ‘hands-on’ experience. Everything was Explained, Demonstrated and Practiced; I left Weston Super-Mare utterly content and eager to get started. Last night, I drove back from Weston Super Mare with a van full of nice new Texatherm equipment after receiving my days training and handover with Mark & John. Straight in this morning on my first job and I feel totally prepared as the training was excellent and “hands on” which is something I have found missing in other training days. When I started in the industry this year I was baffled by PSI choices, big pump little pump, in-line heater or not and feeling like I needed to be a chemist to survive. Texatherm have turned this totally on its head and and created a step by step process that if you follow will get you out of most if not all situations. Then there is the machine, it is very obvious that this has been so well thought out with the user in mind and some of the features really set this machine apart. I am not going to give their secrets away, you have to see it for yourself. Book a Texatherm day out, you won’t be disappointed.

I first got in touch with Texatherm Late 2018, finally I made a purchase in January and wanted to leave some time in order to leave a fair review.I've been cleaning carpets for over a decade now and have used most of the machines and chemicals on offer, the machine I have been using the past few years from a different well known supplier (I will refrain from naming) had finally given up, for months it had spent more time getting repairs than with customers.So I started my hunt for a new machine and spent a good few weeks talking to different suppliers and visiting them to test what is on the market these days. For me when I visited Texatherm, the customer service simply blew me away! I think I'm right in saying its mainly family run which is a nice touch also.We spent hours talking over the machines and chemicals they had on offer and then I gave it a try which I massively regretted! I regretted because as soon as I finished I was hooked and realised I've been making work a lot harder for myself the past few years.Not one to make spur of the moment choices I thanked them for the day and said I will be in touch shortly after I've been to see the last few. There was no hard sales trying to force me to buy (Which made me leave a competitors when they tried that).A few weeks later I called up and went ahead and ordered my new kit, I also order a few different chemicals so I could try them against what I was already using and now lets just say 95% of my chemicals are Texatherm.The speed which I'm able to clean carpets at now is almost half what it used to be and now I can take more bookings so looks like there will be a nice big beer fund on my next holiday!Customers have been lovely the machines, very good finish on them and although the EMV is loud its still a lot quieter than my old machine by far.One of the things which have stood out the most is when I got the equipment, I was told if I ever have any questions just to give them a call and boy have I taken advantage of that. I must have called a dozen times asking questions about the machine and even about tough stains which they have been more than happy to help me with everytime.I believe the people I dealt with are called John & Mark massive credit to you guys, you've taken my business to the next level and I look forward to doing more business with you in the future!

From start to finish everyone at Texatherm made me and my team feel very welcome, they spent time to go through things slowly and ensure we all understood the different methods we were learning. Mark and John are extremely knowledgeable and we all left feeling very confident and at ease. As a small business we started off with your average household carpet cleaner, this was an add on service to our end of tenancy cleaning . After investing in the Texatherm system this brought are carpet cleaning up to the same standards of our deep cleaning. Mark and jhon really know there stuff. Great after support brilliant training day, Mark was even kind enough to give up hes Saturday to train us on the machine so we could get started Monday. We've had the Texatherm system for a few months and are really impressed with how easy it is to use and it's versatility, you can be low moisture cleaning with the pads one minute then with the same machine switch to hot water extraction with ease. We did a days training witj Mark and John and this really helped us understand how the system and process works... I would highly recommended anyone thinking about the EMV or sceptical about it spends some time with someone who has one or pay a visit to the guys in Weston to see for themselves how good it is..

I wanted to leave a review now we've been using your process for a few months and used it on both domestic and commercial environments.What we love most is the flexibility using the EMV offers. The Texatherm process cleans fantastic and our customers love it but sometimes thicker spills and stains need extraction, or worn matted foot-wells need the extra oomph and the quick switch to Texatherm combo clean with extraction works brilliantly.All our team loved the training and your help filling in the gaps in their chemistry knowledge from their previous training in the industry.Happy team, happy clients, Happy me!

EMV Machine. A very well put together machine. I've just upgraded vac motors, now just as powerful as any portable out there, and the quality of build is superior. In tank heater very good I would imagine if you added a external in line heater you would get exceptional heat. You wont need anymore than 100psi....this machine is different. I have been using the Texatherm system since 2011 and it was the best thing I have done since starting my carpet and upholstery cleaning business in 2004.
