Please use the calendar to select your preferred booking date and time. Once you have completed the booking form you will receive a confirmation email with your booking details. A member of our team will then process the booking and contact you.
We understanding that our customers need a quick turnaround of their equipment so we are happy to undertake repair or service work while you wait providing the job has been pre-booked. All servicing and repairs are carried at our purpose built workshop in Weston Super Mare. All parts are held in stock and 95% of our repairs are turned around the same day to ensure that the machine is returned to you, with the least amount of delay.
All equipment prior to either a service or repair being carried out will be thoroughly checked. Once the engineer has diagnosed the fault we will contact you with a full breakdown of the work required, parts and the cost before undertaking any work. A full report sheet is completed and supplied to the client for all work undertaken.
We can also offer a collection and return service at carriage cost.
