BRENDAN MCCUSKER –
We had our training day a few weeks ago with Mark and John.
We found the whole days training absolutely invaluable and learnt so much from Mark on the operation of the EMV and how to use the Texatherm process effectively. The hands on approach was excellent and we learnt so much about the cleaning techniques from Mark which complimented the Texatherm and combo cleaning approaches.
Mark, understandably has a wealth of knowledge to pass on, we would love to have stayed longer, but most definitely we will be returning for some of the courses this year.
To anyone just starting out the Texatherm family will look after you even after you leave as their support is excellent as i have found out since leaving.
So thank you Mark, john and the Texatherm team.

Thank you Brendan, we're so glad to hear you're feedback & thank you for the business, it was a pleasure. Looking forward to the future.

I spent months deliberating which machine next as everyone claims to be the best. I decided on the EMV as it takes carpet cleaning to a new level of sophistication and does not rely on brut force "big pumps" "big psi"
I have had my machine for a few months now and have to say it was the best decision I could have made.
I have achieved results I didn't think were possible by simply following the process and using the multiple cleaning processes at my fingertips. Clients are impressed with the EMV as it looks the part and you can have a conversation whilst it is running : -) Also I don't feel I have to have a degree in chemistry to survive as the solutions are so easy to understand and very good quality.
Aftersales - 10/10 Nothing is to much trouble for the team and you definitely feel part of the Texatherm family.
John Mullane –
Thank you so much David, we're all over the moon that you're happy with the Equipment & Service, it was a pleasure 🙂 Thank you again for the business.
Steven Bryant –
I had done a few bits of carpet cleaning before but was, by my own admission, relatively inexperienced - none of that mattered once I purchased this amazing piece of kit. Whether its cleaning carpets in a little bungalow or carpets and hard floors in a large commercial property the results and positive feedback I have been getting makes me look like I've been doing it for donkeys years.
The training was fantastic, the guys went through everything from scratch (which was good for me!), a good mix of theory and practical meant I took my equipment away that day feeling confident and ready to hit the ground running. After sales support has been fantastic and the Texatherm User Network has helped me out no end with advice - no matter how silly the question!
A number of very experienced carpet cleaners I know have had their heads turned and openly admitted they're a bit jealous when I've shown them the machine in action. In my humble opinion, the EMV is by far the best on the market whether you're just starting out or you've been doing it years.
Keep up the good work guys and gals!

Thanks for the review Steven, it really means a lot.

I am new to the carpet cleaning industry, however I did my research and opted for the "Ferrari" when it comes to carpet cleaning equipment. So far so good. So glad I made this decision.
You not just purchasing equipment. You are being welcomed into a family of experienced carpet cleaners using the same system. Thus part being under sold when I think its vital being a novice to have this back up, it has really made me at ease. Ask a question on the forum and the guys will come back to you with the best advise, your not on your own.
With regards to the service you receive from Mark, John and rest of the staff is second to none. I travelled down from Scotland and they did everything they could for me. They went the extra mile and I could tell they just care about the brand and the people using the products.
Buy into Textherm. You won't regret it.

My advice to anyone looking to buy a carpet cleaning machine is to speak to the Texatherm team first. Even if you don't buy from them, they're so approachable and knowledgeable that one conversation can save you weeks of research. But if you're like me, you'll quickly realise that it's the best machine on the market and want to invest in one. Because that's what it is, an investment, not an expense. The build quality is phenomenal, delivers great results and the Texatherm Team will really look after you.
If you want to do the job right, go for Texatherm.
