My go to pre spray. Love this and can not do without it! Ive used just about everything on the market and nothing compares to this! 80% of my work is hot water extraction and paired with tex rinse this gets great results!

I get constant results with this stuff. heavily soiled carpet or upholstery will come up a treat. Just can't get bored using Texatherm products
