I had spoken to John briefly before the course but has soon has I arrived I felt welcomed and like part of the family which was good due to the fact I had 4 days of courses booked in with them. I have no previous experience with carpet or upholstery cleaning. (Carpet fitter by trade) so I knew this course was going to be a mind boggling experience. There was loads of information to take in but the way the course is designed it all seemed to make sense. Even for a total novice. During the practical part of the course you get hands on with the brilliant emv machine and the tc170 rotary machine. I was amazed at the technology and the drying times. As a newbie to the industry I went with my gut having read loads of different opinions on machines and chemicals. Having done later texatherm courses this week with people using different machines I’m so glad I did go with texatherm. Not only do John and mark treat you like one of the family but listening to the other drying times of 6-8 hours I was amazed. As on the course the carpets were dry within half hour. 🤯
