I suffer with dyslexia,anxiety so starting a new business is a very unknown and scary time and spend thousands on equipment was really scary BUT after having 1-1 training has been amazing John took his time to explain and questions was very much welcomed I was made very welcome I would highly recommend this company and John as a trainer my overall experience has been amazing and I feel I can go out straight away caring for carpets. Being alien to the carpet cleaning business and also extremely confused by all the different machines, solutions and training options available, having come across Texatherm and the whole team has been an incredible and enlightening experience.The whole process from start until now has blown me away and exceeded my expectations in every step of the process.The communication with the admin team, the incredible training with John who went way beyond what I expected. I can’t believe that no one else has reviewed this course yet.OMG!As a complete newbie to the carpet cleaning world we didn’t really know what to expect. Mark was patient, (especially with my stupid questions) informative, and highly knowledgable with all of the equipment (as you’d expect!)No only was this course theory based but all includes a lot of practical work too, which was great for me as I’d never touched a carpet cleaning machine in my life so to be shown and also use the machine how I would in the field was exactly the type of training I was looking for.I left the training confident that I would happily, and safely, go and clean almost any come, domestic or commercial without any hiccups.Whether you are a newbie like me, or a veteran in the carpet cleaning game you WILL walk away from this training have a wealth of new and updated knowledge.Also you get a certificate and who doesn’t love a certificate?

Absolutely amazing! Usually that's all that is needed to say when your overly happy with a service. But, Texatherm are well worth the extra added effort. As they all mirror these exact same ethics when using their services.Being a Truck Mount user for quiet some time and already mastered my craft in the carpet cleaning industry. I spent nearly 3 years pondering on the idea of buying the EMV/Tex process. Even after already having a good relationship with them. I thought there wasn't anything extra to really know about how it all worked. well, I was completely wrong! They really have put alot of effort into the system. All bases are covered for you to not only start earning money, but best of all Stand Out From The Crowd!Honestly, if your are thinking about getting involved with these guys. Well where do I start... I have been carpet cleaning for 14 years and have tried a few different machines and courses etc. But never have I enjoyed and learnt as much as I have with the Texatherm course!!! We are going back to the week the first lockdown was lifted. We were up by 3am and headed 4 hours West to @texatherm for an 8am start of our equipment handover & carlet cleaning training. We were a new cleaning company, going into the cleaning industry coming from healthcare professions. Mark & John took good care of us, the carpet cleaning training comprised of both theory and practical knowledge, and their after-sales customer support is top; they are always available to help us at 'any time'. Their fulfilment of orders and delivery is very quick, and they are just generally a nice & friendly company. Would highly recommend their cleaning products, equipment & carpet cleaning training.

Do yourself a favour, ignore the forums and speak to John and Mark. The Texatherm systems and methods are astonishing to witness first hand. The machinery is of the highest quality. Where to start. . 10/10 for Mark/John & theTexatherm system.I've been in the carpet cleaning game nearly 10 years now and have gone from machine to machine to machine, with endless vacs pumps and costly repairs. I'm very mechanically minded and like to know and understand how my machine works.Mark and the EMV201 is by far the most advanced and underrated machine I have ever set my hands on. I wont be going to any other brand or system as I have found what I have been looking for for 10 years.Initially I could only afford the medium package but 3 weeks later and I've just paid in full for the pro full setup and so so happy. I have never felt so secure and competent with my services. I truily feel finding this shop, this man and this machine has changed the direction and future of my own business.Nothing is too much, nothing is a bother. Anyone reading this get there, use one, and be prepared to be wowed. This really is the Tesla of Portables and I truily believe it can beat truckmounts all day long for quality, drying times and stain removal. The industry firsts on the EMV201 is hugely impressive AND the faults that lay in most or all previous available portable machines are simply gone. Have just completed the handover training at texatherm. What a fantastic experience and the customer service is second to none from picking us up and dropping us off at Bristol Airport it was clear to see how much Mark and the team really care about you the customer. Last night, I drove back from Weston Super Mare with a van full of nice new Texatherm equipment after receiving my days training and handover with Mark & John. Straight in this morning on my first job and I feel totally prepared as the training was excellent and “hands on” which is something I have found missing in other training days. When I started in the industry this year I was baffled by PSI choices, big pump little pump, in-line heater or not and feeling like I needed to be a chemist to survive. Texatherm have turned this totally on its head and and created a step by step process that if you follow will get you out of most if not all situations. Then there is the machine, it is very obvious that this has been so well thought out with the user in mind and some of the features really set this machine apart. I am not going to give their secrets away, you have to see it for yourself. Book a Texatherm day out, you won’t be disappointed.

I first got in touch with Texatherm Late 2018, finally I made a purchase in January and wanted to leave some time in order to leave a fair review.I've been cleaning carpets for over a decade now and have used most of the machines and chemicals on offer, the machine I have been using the past few years from a different well known supplier (I will refrain from naming) had finally given up, for months it had spent more time getting repairs than with customers.So I started my hunt for a new machine and spent a good few weeks talking to different suppliers and visiting them to test what is on the market these days. For me when I visited Texatherm, the customer service simply blew me away! I think I'm right in saying its mainly family run which is a nice touch also.We spent hours talking over the machines and chemicals they had on offer and then I gave it a try which I massively regretted! I regretted because as soon as I finished I was hooked and realised I've been making work a lot harder for myself the past few years.Not one to make spur of the moment choices I thanked them for the day and said I will be in touch shortly after I've been to see the last few. There was no hard sales trying to force me to buy (Which made me leave a competitors when they tried that).A few weeks later I called up and went ahead and ordered my new kit, I also order a few different chemicals so I could try them against what I was already using and now lets just say 95% of my chemicals are Texatherm.The speed which I'm able to clean carpets at now is almost half what it used to be and now I can take more bookings so looks like there will be a nice big beer fund on my next holiday!Customers have been lovely the machines, very good finish on them and although the EMV is loud its still a lot quieter than my old machine by far.One of the things which have stood out the most is when I got the equipment, I was told if I ever have any questions just to give them a call and boy have I taken advantage of that. I must have called a dozen times asking questions about the machine and even about tough stains which they have been more than happy to help me with everytime.I believe the people I dealt with are called John & Mark massive credit to you guys, you've taken my business to the next level and I look forward to doing more business with you in the future!

As a small business we started off with your average household carpet cleaner, this was an add on service to our end of tenancy cleaning . After investing in the Texatherm system this brought are carpet cleaning up to the same standards of our deep cleaning. Mark and jhon really know there stuff. Great after support brilliant training day, Mark was even kind enough to give up hes Saturday to train us on the machine so we could get started Monday. We've had the Texatherm system for a few months and are really impressed with how easy it is to use and it's versatility, you can be low moisture cleaning with the pads one minute then with the same machine switch to hot water extraction with ease. We did a days training witj Mark and John and this really helped us understand how the system and process works... I would highly recommended anyone thinking about the EMV or sceptical about it spends some time with someone who has one or pay a visit to the guys in Weston to see for themselves how good it is..

I wanted to leave a review now we've been using your process for a few months and used it on both domestic and commercial environments.What we love most is the flexibility using the EMV offers. The Texatherm process cleans fantastic and our customers love it but sometimes thicker spills and stains need extraction, or worn matted foot-wells need the extra oomph and the quick switch to Texatherm combo clean with extraction works brilliantly.All our team loved the training and your help filling in the gaps in their chemistry knowledge from their previous training in the industry.Happy team, happy clients, Happy me!

I've used Texatherm for a number of years in my carpet cleaning business and have always been completely impressed by them. Not only is their equipment superior if every way but the advice and support is incredible. The EMV machine is well built and sturdy.The Texatherm process is fantastic with exceptional drying times which the clients love.All the solutions do what they are supposed to, it all helps to make me look better to the client.After sales and customer service from Mark, John and the rest of the team is second to none, I would( and have ) highly recommend them and their kits.

Mark & John have the knowledge and passion to ensure that any company or person will succeed using their system .The system allows a novices to be competent within a short time with their in house training and really do have a solution to every carpet and upholstery problem .With the emv and the setup you able to clean from a small flat to full call centres which allows you the opportunity to make back the cost in a very short time .I would without hesitation recommended #Texatherm to any bussiness looking for a add on or sole trader startup

EMV Machine. A very well put together machine. I've just upgraded vac motors, now just as powerful as any portable out there, and the quality of build is superior. In tank heater very good I would imagine if you added a external in line heater you would get exceptional heat. You wont need anymore than 100psi....this machine is different. I have been using the Texatherm system since 2011 and it was the best thing I have done since starting my carpet and upholstery cleaning business in 2004. I get excellent results on even the most heavily soiled and stained carpets and the Texatherm products are most effective I have ever used in both cleaning and stain removal. My customers are always impressed with the results and love the fast drying times.
